BRIGHT PHOTOGRAPHER Exhibition		>>Frankfurt 28th-30th July

Bright tradeshow is held twice a year in Frankfurt, in a former police headquarters where nothing else happens during the year. The event is not only a typical fair with brands and booths (and parties!), but it is inventively combined with a variety of nice events in a very relaxed atmosphere. Last winter a wooden bowl was built on one of the floors, and for this new summer editiion, a special originally designed streetcourse will be sessioned for first time. Bright is delinitely one of the freshest tradeshow of the moment, and the enjoyment doesn’t stop here, for this summer edition exhibition, we have decided to invite a vast variety of international photographers to exhibit photos, which visitors can purchase for only 10 or 15 euros. All obtained money will be used to help Cuba. The BRIGHT Skateboarding Tradeshow supports the SUBVERT CUBA PROJECTwith the revenues from their photo exhibition.

SUBVERT CUBA PROJECT

It happens to skaters in Cuba, that they can’t skate for half a year as they have no equipment to ride on!

On a recent trip to Cuba, Sandro Dias and Subvert brazilian team manager Andre Cywinski were impressed by the positive attitudes of the cuban skate scene

Chris Pfanner also visited Cuba last and immediately agreed to patronise the SUBVERT CUBA PROJECT. He said he had never met such a friendly skate scene before.

The subvert Cuba project aims to support the cuban skate scene by helping (and teaching) people to build concrete skateparks. Used skatestuff is also collected to be sent to Cuba, and further plans even include to bring a press and teach cubans how to make their own boards.

The BRIGHT Skateboarding Tradeshow supports the SUBVERT CUBA PROJECT
with the revenues from their photo exhibition.
